Start by aligning your company’s goals with your own professional development. This will help you target the most relevant solutions, exhibitors, and education at MD&M West. Clear objectives make a stronger case for approval.

Research the exhibitors, products, conference sessions, and networking events that directly support your company’s needs. Identify where you can find solutions, meet potential partners, or gain knowledge that applies to your daily challenges. Then, connect these opportunities to your organization’s priorities to show how attending will deliver measurable value.

Use your research to craft a concise, results-focused proposal that outlines the event details, highlights key benefits, and explains how attending supports both your business and career goals.
