This year marks MD&M West's 40th anniversary, a milestone that celebrates decades of innovation and growth in the manufacturing and medical device industries. At Westfall Technik, we are proud to share our story of rapid success and transformation, a journey that aligns with the spirit of MD&M West's legacy.

In 2017, key industry executives envisioned creating a vertically integrated custom injection molder that understood how to serve the World’s Largest OEMs in the Healthcare and Consumer Packaging space. In a world of consolidations, they felt that the fundamental way to serve customers needed to improve. With that vision in mind, they sought to bring together the very best talent and companies in the industry to create a company focused on business thresholds underserved by the largest CMOs. This led to the founding of Westfall Technik.

Through strategic acquisitions, Westfall Technik has developed its Capability, Geography, Technology, and People, enabling it to become one of the fastest-growing and most disruptive companies of its kind. A major milestone in this journey occurred in October 2019, when Westfall Technik launched its proprietary Stacked Integration Model™. This model includes Design, Prototyping, Tooling, Automation, Molding and Micro Molding, Assembly/Kitting, and Logistics. It focuses on delivering Optimum Customer Value by accelerating delivery, minimizing risk, and improving Quality and Value. Today, Westfall Technik’s ~1M sq. ft. flexible manufacturing footprint allows us to combine resources to support product life cycles in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and China with worldwide fulfillment. Our five medical-specific locations operate under ISO 13485, are ECOVIDAS certified, and boast ISO class 7 and 8 clean rooms as well as controlled and general manufacturing floor spaces.
