PRO-TECH Design is celebrating our own anniversary - 45 years! - in 2025. The company was founded in 1980 by Pam McMaster in her family room. She had been a packaging sales rep for medical device customers, and she realized that she could provide better service with her own company. She started with one customer, and they are still a customer today, 45 years later!

The company expanded to include packaging design, cleanroom assembly, sterilization, and packaging validation services. PRO-TECH has grown to include over 250 people at three locations across the country (CA, MN, and TX), and the company is still family-owned and operated.

Pam is the CEO, and she has been joined by two of her sons (Aaron and Jeff), and a grandson (Shane) to lead the company. We are proud of the family-legacy and the personalized service we continue to provide our customers and are excited to share a milestone anniversary year with MD&M West in 2025.

Our headquarters is only 15 minutes away from Anaheim Convention Center, and we have been an exhibitor at MD&M West for many years. Congratulations MD&M West on 40 years!
