Precision Associates, Inc. (PAI) is proud to celebrate its 70th year as a leading manufacturer of high-performance, precision-molded rubber components and sealing solutions! The company is a third generation, family owned business that started molding O-Rings in Minneapolis in 1955 and later expanded its capabilities to include other common sealing profiles and custom molded parts used in a variety of industries.

Today, the PAI facility is 130,000 square feet that includes a tool shop for in-house mold design and construction, R&D materials lab, and an ISO Class 7 Clean room for molding medical device components in USP VI grades of LSR/HCR silicone (including implantable grades), EPDM, and FKM rubber. All products are 100% visually inspected, lot controlled, and Made in the USA.
