With over 78 years of experience, Crescent Industries has proven to be a reliable leader in mold building and injection molding. The company began when founder Frank Paules started building injection molds in a garage in New Freedom, PA. Today, it has grown to include three facilities: a general molding facility, an ISO 7 cleanroom, and a tooling facility. As the next generation of the Paules family took over, they decided to implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, allowing some ownership of the company to be transferred to employees.
Starting as a tool builder and deciding over the years to purchase one injection molding press to run production, Crescent now has over 27 injection molding machines and has been producing medical components for over half a century. What began with diagnostic well plates has now been expanded to include Class I, II, and III medical devices and components, utilizing a variety of medical-grade resins.
As Crescent Industries has evolved, they have progressed their certifications and are proudly ISO13485 certified and FDA-registered. Over the years, they have kept up with technology throughout all phases of the business, including an in-house automation team.
Crescent has been exhibiting at MD&M shows for decades. The exhibition serves as a platform that generates valuable leads and provides an opportunity to engage with customers at a venue tailored to the medical industry.
