Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just looking to wake up your muscles, we’ve got sessions tailored for all levels on Tuesday and Wednesday.

From 6 to 6:30 a.m.: Start your day with a high-energy calisthenics workout designed to get your heart racing and your blood pumping, perfect for athletes and fitness lovers alike.

From 6:45 to 7:15 a.m.: After a brief break, join our guided yoga flow session to build core strength, enhance flexibility, and find your zen before the show floor opens.
